Case: Food experience, local tours & Tomorrowland


The request:

An incentive agency in South America requested us to arrange a unique ‘concept’ for their clients (10 couples, 20 persons + 2 staff members). The clients where VIP guests from PepsiCo that were invited to the most ‘iconic’ festival in the world: Tomorrowland. Our task was to create a visit ‘around’ it and show the best of Belgium as well.

The results:

We created a well-arranged experience for the group that started with a ‘VIP’ experience at the International Airport of Zaventem (Brussels). Upon arrival, a Portuguese hostess was waiting for the group & airport porters to carry the luggage towards the coach. Upon arrival in the hotel, all clients were surprised in their rooms with an exclusive ‘Neuhaus’ chocolate box with a personal message from the agency.

During the first 2 days, the clients discovered Antwerp, Brussels & Bruges (of course, full arrangements were made for everything, from the tours to the dinners). The 3rd day was all about Tomorrowland. We arranged a drop-off in the ‘relation’ area of Tomorrowland and the clients enjoyed this day as VIPs.

The last day was all about relaxing: discovering the city of Antwerp and doing some local shopping.  All services provided included a Portuguese-Spanish speaking guide, luxury coach transportation, and of course, incl. unlimited (cold) PepsiCo drinks.
