New coach partners join our Brussels operation

Our coach department in Brussels books from a fixed group of local operators, and that group has grown. We have added new partner operators to the fleet we work with in and around the city.

For a small family-owned company like ours, adding a partner is not a quick decision. We only work with operators we have travelled with ourselves, so every new name on the list was checked before we started booking clients on it.

Why we expanded

Belgium keeps getting busier for group travel, and Brussels in particular. Congress weeks, incentive programs and city tours often land on the same dates, and in those weeks the best vehicles in town are gone early. By working with more local operators, we hold more availability in exactly those weeks, without moving away from the local suppliers we prefer.

What this means if you are planning a program

Two things, mainly.

More availability during the peak weeks, which means fewer moments where we have to tell you a date is simply not possible.

And more room to match the vehicle to the group, instead of taking whatever is left. That matters more than it sounds: the right size vehicle is the difference between a program that runs smoothly and a program that runs late.

Everything else stays as it was. Same team, same coordinator from the first request to the last transfer, same local operators. We just have more of them.

The same way of working

We are not becoming a bus company. We remain a DMC that arranges transport as part of a program, which is why we keep buying locally and keep working with family-owned operators. It is still the best way we know to get real service on the ground.
